The Office of the City Auditor conducts performance audits of the City of Sacramento's operations to determine whether these operations and programs are operating efficiently and effectively. If you would like to offer ideas for audits to save the City money, increase revenues, or improve the efficiency and effectiveness of City operations and programs, please fill out the form below and click "Submit."

If you think the City has treated you unfairly, please report those issues directly to:

• Equal Employment Office to report discrimination, harassment, or retaliation by or against a City employee.
• Labor Relations to report other employment related complaints, such as violations of the City’s labor agreements.
• Fire Department Professional Standards Unit to report complaints against Fire Department personnel or practices.
• Police Department Internal Affairs Unit to report complaints against Police Department personnel or practices.
• Office of Public Safety Accountability to report complaints against the City’s public safety employees or practices.
• Whistleblower Hotline to report suspected fraud, waste, or abuse within City programs, services, or by City employees.
