River Friendly Landscape Designer Agreement
The River Friendly Landscape Designer Agreement is intended for qualified landscape professionals who commit to the City's terms and conditions and will work with their clients (who own a single-family or duplex home). Approved Landscape Designers will be listed on the City's website and will need to renew their listing every 2 years.

Please upload proof of membership or proof of Certified, Professional, or Associate Member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD)
Please upload proof of member of the California Landscape Contractors’ Association (CLCA)

Hold Harmless
Designer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, costs and liability for any damages, injuries or deaths arising directly or indirectly from, or connected with, the services provided hereunder and due to, or claimed or alleged to be due to negligence or willful misconduct of Designer, and will make good and reimburse the City for any expenditure, including reasonable attorney’s fees the City may make by reason of such matters and, if requested by the City, will defend any such claims at the sole cost and expense of Designer.
