METER & PARKING SPACE RESERVATION CHANGE ORDER APPLICATION
Any changes, extensions or cancellations to an existing reservation (order) must be submitted via this online application.
Effective July 19, 2010, any application for meter reservations submitted less than 10 business days from the reservation effective date will be assessed an additional expedite fee of $175 pursuant to City Council Resolution 2010-265. Meter & Parking Space Reservation Change Order applications submitted less than 10 business days prior to the reservation effective date are handled as expedited orders. Change Orders made less than 3 days prior to the reservation effective date are not guaranteed.
All metered and un-metered area fees will apply when requesting additional meters or color zones from the original application request. Requests to exchange a meter or color zone for another similar space within the area reflected in the original order will not incur additional charges, unless such requests are made less than 10 business days prior to the reservation effective date.
The following requests are considered new requests and will require a separate Meter & Parking Space Reservation Application:
- Requests for additional meters or spaces that are not in the immediate area of the existing meter reservation location
- Requests for additional dates that are not in continuous succession of the dates on the existing reservation
REFUNDS: Any cancellation prior to the reservation effective date or reduction of meters from the original order will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or will be refunded in the form of a check. No credits towards future meter and parking space reservations will be made. Cancellations made less than 10 business days of the reservation effective date will have the $175 expedite fee deducted from the total refund amount to cover administrative costs associated with cancellations.
All Change Order applications must be approved by Parking Services prior to the reservation effective date.
