In addition, applicant is required to read and agree to the Press Vehicle Parking Permit Guidelines.

MEDIA PERSON APPLYING FOR THIS PERMIT MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Permits are to be used only when actively engaged in news gathering activities.

• Permits may not be used by unauthorized employees and in unauthorized vehicles.

• Vehicles must park in spaces as authorized by Sacramento City Code sections 10.36.100, 10.36.130(B), (C), and (D), 10.40.090. and 10.48.120

Any permit obtained with fraudulent or misleading information, or any violation of the policy and guidelines will result in the press permit being revoked.
