All non-primary residence Short-Term Rental ("STR") permittees shall provide the City an updated registry for each STR permitted property.
The registries are required every January, April, July, and October and should cover the entirety of the three months immediately preceding the submittal month. The registries must include the dates lodging was provided for compensation, the number of lodgers on each date, and the amount of rent paid by lodgers for each night of lodging.
The City reserves the right to require any STR permittee, a primary residence STR permit or otherwise, to provide their registry upon demand at the City's request. Failure to comply is a violation of Sacramento City Code Chapter 5.114 and will result in enforcement action including potential permit revocation, citations, and/or administrative penalties.
